Seva & Humanity
SinghCore was born out of our community and built for our community. The goal isn't just better systems — it's giving business owners their time back, lowering the daily stress, and making room for what actually matters: family, faith, and rest.
Guiding Principles
These aren't business values we put on a wall. These are how we were raised — how our families lived, how our community shows up for each other every day.
Selfless Service
You help out. You show up. You don't wait to be asked and you don't keep score. At the Gurudwara, in the kitchen, in the neighbourhood — Seva is what you do when nobody's watching and nothing's in it for you.
Honest Work
Earn through real effort. Don't cut corners, don't cheat, don't take what you didn't earn. Our parents built their lives in Canada through honest work — hands, heart, integrity. That's the only standard we know.
Sharing What We Have
When you eat, you share. When you grow, you bring others with you. Langar feeds everyone equally — no questions, no conditions. That spirit carries into everything. What we have isn't just ours to keep.
Welfare of All
We say this in Ardas every day — we pray for the well-being of everyone, not just our own. Not just our family, not just our community. Everyone. That's the standard Sikhi holds us to and the one we try to live by.
In Practice
When someone in the community needs help, you don't wait for an invitation. You show up, you ask what they need, and you do it. That's how we were raised.
Langar doesn't ask who you are or what you believe. It feeds everyone equally. That same energy — no conditions, no fine print — is how we try to treat every person we meet.
Success that only benefits you isn't success. The goal is always to grow in a way that creates space for the people around you to grow too.
A Note From Amrit
Growing up, Seva wasn't explained to me like a concept — it was just normal. You help out. You show up when people need you.
I watched my parents work themselves to the bone to give us a life in Canada. Long hours, tired hands, not enough time at home. A lot of the owners I work with today are living that same story — running their whole business off their phone, missing dinner, picking up calls on weekends, no room to breathe.
SinghCore exists to give that time back. The systems we build quietly handle the parts of the business that eat your day — so you can actually be at the dinner table, at the Gurudwara, on the couch with your kids, without your phone taking over the moment.
"Do honest work, share what you have,
help anyone in need."
Get Started
If you run a business with real care for your clients and community, we'd be honored to build the systems behind it.
